Sean Harris


Sean received a Master's degree in Business Administration and double Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Risk Management Insurance from C.S.U. Sacramento.


Along with many industry-specific certifications including half a dozen Microsoft certification Sean holds the Project Management Professional Designation (PMP) and one of the highest industry security certifications Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) along with the newest ISC2 certification Certified Cloud Security Professional designation (CCSP).


Sean recently finished up a six-month boot camp as the Instructor for a UC Davis Extension class that met three days a week. In this class, Sean taught Cyber Security and offensive hacking preparing Students to take CompTIA Security+ and the EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker exams.


Steven Hamner

Director of Technology

Steven has been in the industry of Managed Services field since 2011, he is often taking on new challenges and is well known for his attention to detail. He is quick to identify issues and document resolutions. Steven is our documentation champion and will likely be your first contact when we begin to build and implement policies and procedures for your organization

Steven currently holds certificates for Asigra Cloud Solutions Level 1 & 2, Barracuda Backup Engineer and Nimble Storage and has years of enterprise level system infrastructure experience.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and is an avid movie goer.


Giovanni Jimenez

IT Support Specialist

Giovanni has an AAS in Information Technology and network Security graduating with the Directors Award. After obtaining his degree Giovanni quickly rose through the IT Support ranks working with enabling remote working environments, crafting network and user management policy and enforcement (GPO) along with large Image roll outs for standardization.

Giovanni brings a wealth of Help Desk experience to ALA IT focusing on process and communication to lead the Help Desk team toward the ultimate goal: Happy End Users.

Christina Harris

Human Resources Manager

 Christina has a Bachelors's in Business with a concentration in Human Resources.


Christina is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor who helps to lead HR and Accounting at A Leap Ahead IT. 


Since a young age, Juan Carlos (JC) has had a passion for technology. JC has several CompTIA and Cisco certifications including A+, N+, Server+, Security+, and CCNA. JC has worked in diverse environments such as health care, private sector companies, and Now MSPs. JC takes joy in empowering clients and users with modern technology helping to bring security and productivity to organizations.


Juan Carlos is currently working to complete an AS in Computer Programming and Network Engineering on the path toward a career in Network Forensics and PenTesting.

Jason McCuen

Service Coordinator

Jason has been working in the IT field since 1999. Jason has CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications along with Cisco CCNA and CCNP. Jason is currently working on Sophos Engineer certifications.

Jason is quick to learn new programs, ideas and methods working to summarize and distribute to all help desk associates enabling the team to quickly address issues. In his free time, Jason enjoys watching movies with his wife, spending time with his extended family and occasionally going to the casino.


Bill Prevost

Procurement and Builds

Bill has an AS degree in Computer Science from Saddleback College, Mission Viejo. Formerly as the IT Director for a nationwide consumer financial counseling agency, Bill oversaw all aspects of the IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals.

Currently, Bill dispatches provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical services. He works with staff to develop strategies and plans to enhance client services, improve user effectiveness, and foster innovation.

Providing responsive, quick, and easy experiences is Bill’s goal for all ALAIT customers.

During off-time, Bill competes in 10ks and marathons and coaches middle school basketball and golf.

Marge Hawk

Dispatcher and Help Desk Support Specialist

Marge is a seasoned veteran of the IT Field, bringing over 30 yrs. experience to the team. She has supported everything from Main Frames to the current day desktops. Marge was an IT Support Specialist supporting Air Force and US Navy agencies for 17 years. She attended Automation Institute in San Diego, studying programming. 
Marge is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and holds CompTIA Security + certifications.


Marge enjoys volunteering for Blood Source in her free time & spending time with family, friends and dog (not necessarily in that order).

Delaney Smith

Managed Services Manager

Delaney Smith has been in the professional IT industry since 2016 and joined A Leap Ahead IT in July of 2020. With previous experience as an end-user, a technician, and a dispatcher, Delaney works to improve service delivery from all sides. Delaney is often driving projects that relate to continuous improvement while ensuring the daily flow of A Leap Ahead.


In her free time, Delaney enjoys spending time with her husband, painting, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Patti McIntosh-Coon

Executive Administrative Coordinator

Patti joined A Leap Ahead IT the second quarter of 2014 to help answer phones and to provide administrative background support. Patti holds Gold QuickBooks Pro Adviser certification.

Patti’s main focus lately has been the toward Bit Fellowship, ALA IT's non-profit sister company.


Simon Lohat

Senior Help Desk Specialist

Simon has been in the IT industry for since 2015. Simon has his MCSA for Microsoft Server 2012 R2 and is currently working on his MS Azure certifications and the CCNA Routing and switching.

Simon is passionate about IT theory, practicality and loves to fiddle with Android devices on his spare time working to flash them with custom "roms" to enhance user experience and performance.


Asha Bhaskar

Senior Help Desk Specialist

Asha has a degree in Computer Science and has been working in the IT sector since 2015.

Asha specializes in Microsoft Office 365 Administration and Backup management focusing on the efficiency and process in the help desk team to help to make customers happy.

Asha appreciates being a part of a supportive team with ALA IT striving for best practices and customer service delivering quality services to the end-users.


Nancy Vega

Administrative Coordinator

Nancy has experience as an Administrative assistant for over ten years. Nancy is a wizard in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BI, Flow) and amazing with QuickBooks. Nancy enjoys being part of a growing business with dynamic people.

In her off time Nancy spends time with her two boys raising them to be strong men with traditional values.
